A lot to do

I know I haven't been posting in forever. The first week was because we had a week off. The rest of the time has gone to work and school work. I've taken a few extra shifts at work so that I have some money for this summer. I'm going to work a lot for the next few weeks, so I don't know when I'll start blogging for real again.

Take care guys!

I'm not shore I told you guys about my pets. So that's what I'm going to do now:

We have three dogs: Thorin, Fili and Kili. Thorin is my oldest brothers dog, but I like to call him mine as well as Fili and Kili. We adopted Thorin about three years ago, and he'll be four by the summer. Fili is more my twin brothers dog. Fili turns three this year and his little brother Kili (they have the same mother) turns one. Kili is my little baby, he sleeps in my bed with me because he's afraid of the dark. I'm actually not kidding, he barks and barks as soon as it's pitch black.

For those of you wondering, we called our dogs up after the Dwarfs from The Hobbit. There is a reason why we are known as the "Geek-Family".

All three of them are retrievers. Thorin and Kili are black, and Fili is white. That's one of the reasons we called them that.

"In a perfect world, we'd have a small farm, with a big feels where the dogs could run around and we'd have a forest in the end, where we could walt them. Walk them for hours." -My Dad

This was a bit of a random post, but, whatever!

You're a teen. It get's better.

My friends sister gave me really good advise las week, and I though I'd share it with you:

You're a teen. Everything sucks at the moment. Your parents don't understand you. Your friends are ignoring you. Nothing at school is understandable. You think to yourself "The world is better off without me". But let me tell you something. No matter how dark a place is. No matter how lonely you feel. Someone out there needs you. You might not have met them yet. And if you leave this planet you'll never get the chance to. You're a teen. And that's the hardest part of life. The teen-years. You're changing. You're friends are changing. But you'll find what you are looking for when you're older. And the bad times, will only feel like bad-dreams. I know that it will take time, but things will get better. And there is someone out there that loves you. And cares about you more then you know.

If something is wrong. Tell someone. If you don't want to tell a friend, family member or teacher, there are lots of phone-numbers you can call and lots of internet pages you can go on to get help.

Valentines Day

Happy Valentines Day everyone! I hope you've spent it with someone you love, even if it only was at work, school or just for an hour at the mall.

In my family, Valentines day has never really been about doing something super special for your boyfriend/girlfriend or wife/husband or whatever. We basically just go out for dinner and hang out.

But today my dad and oldest brother both had to work, so my brothers - 16 & 19 - and I went for a walk with our dogs and went out to a Pizzeria and ate two big pizzas. I ate almost one by myself and I was still hungry while the lads got a bit sick.

After the pizza we went home and watched Star Wars - the original ones. Now we're off to bed. It's been a long day with a lot of fun.

Thanks to my brothers and our dwarfs (the dogs: Fili and Kili. Yes. Those are their real names.) for an amazing day.

Spread the love.

People at school tell me to get a dictionary so that I won't spell stuff wrong. These people are the ones that use words wrong and have really bad grammar. I know I'm not perfect, but how wrong can you be?

I know so many people that have their own blogs where they use a word so many times, but they clearly don't know the meaning of it.

Here are a few words I've seen on blogs that have been used in the wrong way way to many times (I've used Urban Dictionary, the description I use is the most used, the one most people combine it with) (WARNING! Some people might find these words disrespectful):

? Sassy: Possessing the attitude of someone endowed with an ungodly amount of cool.

? Idiot: Anyone who defines their own name on urban dictionary

? Jerk: The kind of guy most girls ACTUALLY want when they say they want a Nice Guy. Jerks are selfish, manipulative bastards.

? Arsehole: A person who fills you with disgust and anger.

? Asshole: Your current boss.

? Rat: A snitch. A person who has "tattled" on another person.

? Hope: Mankind?s greatest weakness and greatest strength.

? SWAG: The most used word in the whole fucking universe. Douche bags use it, your kids use it, your mail man uses it, and your fucking dog uses it. If you got swag, you generally wear those shitty hats side way, and your ass hanging out like a fucking goof cause your pants are half way down your white ass legs. To break down the word, it means (Secretly We Are Gay). It is also a word that means to represent yourself/ the way you represent yourself, baggy clothes, shitty hats, small penis and basically a way to say your afraid to come out of the closet.

? Cherry Boy: Military term used to describe a new or inexperienced soldier. Can also be used by Asian prostitutes to describe a virgin.

? Gay: 1. jovial or happy, good-spirited. 2) A homosexual male or female. 3) often used to describe something stupid or unfortunate. originating from homophobia. quite preferable among many teenage males in order to buff up their "masculinity".

? Geek: 1) The people you pick on in high school and wind up working for as an adult. 2) Not to be confused with Nerd. A geek does not have to be smart, a Geek is someone who is generally not athletic, and enjoys Video Games; Comic Books; being on the internet, and etc.

Just a few words I've seen and thought was used wrong.

"I didn't see him!"

My brother will kill me for posting this but..

At school today we had a fire drill. Me twin brother had just finished PE and was in the shower with the rest of the lads in our class when the drill started. And being the lad that he is, he ran outside in nothing but his boxers. (I twisted my ankle so I had already changed.) He then ran back inside to grab his huddei and shorts. He ended up on my back because he hadn't taken his shoes on.

After a few minuets I started to litsen to some of the "popular" girls in school talk.

Girl 1: I saw his D. It was HUGE!
Girl 2: I know! I saw it too!
Girl 3: He had boxers on..
Girl 1: Well they were really tight.. So..
Girl 4: I didn't see it! Man! Why do you always get to see stuff and not me.?

I bursted out laughing and so did my brother. I literally laughed so hard I fell to the ground with my brother on top of me.

Our teacher came over to see what was going on. Witch only made us laugh even more. She said something about that it's not funny if it really burns in the school and stuff like that. So I looked at the girls that had talked about my brother then back at him and we started to laugh even more.

When the drill was over we got sent to the principles office. And they called our dad. When we told them what had happened they laughed and our principle told us that we weren't in trouble after all.

So all in all it was a good day. My ankle is a bit better and my brother is taking care of me. He got me ice cream and chocolate so I'm good for now.

Hope you've had a fun day full of laughs as well.

The word "gay" is used in the wrong way so many times. It's used as a curse, a bad word, to hurt peoples feelings, and so on. But it's not. It's simply that someone is attracted to the same sex. I don't get why that's a big deal. I also don't get why someone gets bullied because they're gay, or why bullies uses "gay" as a bed word.

My brother - 19 - is gay. He found out he's gay when he was about fourteen. At first he only told dad, me and my two other brothers. I was super happy for him. Some of his girl friends noticed that something was different. But no one asked.

When he turned sixteen one of the most homophobic guys in his year saw my brother kissing his boyfriend. The guy then realized that he had used the word "gay" in the wrong way. He walked straight up to my brother and his boyfriend and apologized for calling people gay and for making a big deal out of it. He said (and I quote): I'm sorry. I'm sorry for whatever I have said or done to offend you or anyone else. I didn't realize that love is love.

This guy and my brother are now best mates. And he is really overprotective over my brother. He always makes shore that the guy my brother likes is nice and sweet. Whenever he hairs someone use "gay" as a "mean" word he tells them the story of his best friend. Some people laugh. Some people understand and apologize. Others just walk away.

"But the Bible says that it's wrong." Let me tell you something: The Bible isn't always right. And besides. Our priest is over 60. He supports the gay. He always has. This is his words, not mine: The Bible is wrong at some stages. God said it himself, he made everyone the way he wants, and he loves everyone and everything he creates the way he creates them.

To people who are afraid that their friend will fall in love with them if their gay, don't be. Because saying that your mate will fall in love with you because he's gay is wrong. That's like saying that you can't be friends with someone from the opposite sex because they might fall in love with you.

One last thing: Stop using "gay" as an insult. Because it's not. It's one of the most beautiful words I know. And I'm not joking.

Sleep-in Saturday

I just want to make something clear: I don't live in Lillehammer. But my oldest brother does. I live with my dad and two other brothers about 70 minuets away from Lillehammer. I just put Lillehammer because I wanted to. And because my dad didn't want me to put where I actually live on here, and I don't blame him. So if the wether is different from what I say here on my blog and what it really is in Lillehammer, that's why.

Thank you for your attention. You may now read the actual text:

It's Saturday, and I'm still in bed. Not much going on today I think. Just going to stuff my face with pizza, chips and soda. I'll probably Skype some of my mates back in England and call my oldest brother and go on a brother-sister-date with him and his dog Thorin.

I think that this blog will be a mixture of what I do in my private life, MY advice on different dilemmas and stuff I find important and interesting.

Friday tradition

(Forgot to post this.. Sorry.. Just pretend that it's Friday evening.)

It's Friday! If you hadn't noticed..
ANYWAY! Fridays are like a friends-night at our house. My brothers bring a few mates home and so do I. We all watch movies and play games. Not like Xbox and PS3, but cards, and stuff like that. And frankly, I feel like that's more sosial then playing Xbox and PS3. We always have a good laugh.

Today we ended up being nine. Eight guys and one girl. But I don't mind. I'm more of a "like being around guys" sort of girl.

My twin brothers best mate ended up running down the street when he lost a game of HORSE. Let's just say he's a sore-looser.. But when he came back he made a snow angel in our garden and made the rest of us do the same. A good thing me dad had just washed all our clothes. Soaking wet the load of us. My BGF stole my favorite pair of jeans, shoes, hoodie and t-shirt.. That basted. He's lucky I love him.

Didn't happen much after that really.

Well. I think it's time for bed. Don't you?

Goodnight people!
